Rooibos Tea Products:
As Rooibos is a food product, it is not returnable. This includes loose leaf, tea bags, and Rooibos for Horses.

Other Non-Food Products (present and future):
We are happy to issue store credit if the item arrives damaged. Please contact us immediately upon receiving your parcel with photos of the damage.

Cancellations:
Once an order is paid, it cannot be canceled.

Our preferred courier is The Courier Guy, and parcels are usually sent out on Mondays. Delivery typically takes ±5 working days from dispatch.

We are testing other shipping options that may be more affordable but note they might take longer to reach you.

We welcome international orders! However, please note:

• We do not offer samples.
• You are welcome to order a smaller quantity first — full shipping must be paid by you.
• If you later place a larger order, we will credit the amount of your first Rooibos-only purchase (excluding shipping) toward your bulk order.
• No discounts apply to international orders.
• Maximum airfreight is 18kg per shipment.
