📦 Order Processing
Paid orders from Monday to Friday are processed on Saturday mornings.
Rooibos is transported from the farm to town on Sunday mornings.
🚚 Courier Collections
The Courier Guy and PUDO shipments are collected on Mondays.
RAM Courier shipments are collected on Tuesdays.
📍 PUDO Door-to-Locker
We offer PUDO Door-to-Locker delivery only.
Please provide the name and address of your preferred PUDO locker when placing your order. If this information is not supplied, please keep an eye on your WhatsApp messages, as we may contact you to confirm a suitable locker location.
📦 Arrange Your Own Shipping
If you would like to use your own courier, please select Local Pickup at checkout. We will contact you to confirm the collection details.
Please note that courier collections can only be arranged on Mondays or Tuesdays, our available pickup days.
