Our Rooibos may start its journey on a farm road before travelling across South Africa to your doorstep.

We currently deliver within South Africa using trusted courier partners. The available delivery option will be shown during checkout. Please provide a complete and accurate street address, contact number and email address so the courier can reach you if necessary.

Estimated delivery time

Orders are normally delivered within 5–11 business days. Delivery to farms, outlying areas or remote locations may take a little longer. Weekends and South African public holidays are not counted as business days.

You will receive tracking information when it becomes available. Courier delays caused by severe weather, road conditions, service interruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Delivery costs

Delivery charges are calculated according to the total parcel weight:

• Under 2 kg: R75
• 2–5 kg: R85
• 5–10 kg: R118
• 10–15 kg: R168
• 15–20 kg: R225
• Over 20 kg for orders up to R500: R268
• Over 20 kg for orders above R500: R325

The final delivery amount will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order processing and tracking

Orders are packed carefully before dispatch. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, we will provide tracking details where available. Please allow the courier’s tracking system a little time to register the parcel.

If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, or if it appears to be delayed, please contact us at kookfontein.graafwater@gmail.com with your order number.

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. If an order is damaged, incomplete or incorrect, notify us within 7 calendar days and include clear photographs where applicable.

Once a cup of Rooibos has been poured, you wouldn't put it back in the teapot—and food products work much the same way.

Natural Rooibos is a food product. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of opened Rooibos or other products that cannot safely be resold.

Please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect. Email kookfontein.graafwater@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs where applicable. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Kookfontein Rooibos will cover reasonable return-delivery costs when we supply an incorrect, damaged or defective product. If an approved return is unrelated to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return-delivery cost. We do not charge a restocking fee on approved returns.

We issue approved refunds to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Unopened, non-food products may be considered for return when they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned according to the instructions supplied by Kookfontein Rooibos.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable South African consumer law.
